Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models optimized for the 2026 computing paradigm, including hybrid quantum-classical systems.
- Design quantum-resistant encryption protocols and secure neural network architectures to protect sensitive data.
- Lead technical strategy for scalable infrastructure capable of processing exabyte-scale real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate edge computing with centralized AI cores for low-latency applications.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for ethical AI development, bias mitigation, and safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous architecture reviews to ensure code quality and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and specialized quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
