Responsibilities
- Engage in a structured 24-month rotational program across Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Product Management.
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, fault-tolerant microservices using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define, design, and ship new cloud-native features.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose innovative technical solutions to complex business challenges.
- Complete capstone projects and present technical achievements to executive leadership at the end of each rotation.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence, security, and continuous learning within your cohort.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for emerging technologies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
