Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term tech vision with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation for emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify high-impact innovation opportunities.
- Oversee the adoption of cutting-edge tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships with R&D, Product, and Design teams.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Monitor global tech trends to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change in a dynamic environment.
