Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum neural networks for real-world applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum machine learning systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Architect hybrid cloud-native quantum computing solutions
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through technical proposals
- Publish 2+ papers/year in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent research experience
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and PennyLane frameworks
- Publication record in quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds
