- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven portfolio allocation
- Mentor deep tech specialists in emerging fields like neuromorphic computing
- Present future vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- File 3-5 patents annually in exponential technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems at companies valued >$1B
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Experience with EU AI Act and global tech governance frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
