Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop quantum error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Create quantum algorithms optimizing machine learning and cryptography applications
- Partner with clients to implement quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design for 1000+ qubit systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proven track record developing scalable quantum algorithms
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Experience leading R&D teams and publishing high-impact papers
- Deep understanding of quantum-computing security implications
