In this pivotal role, you will define the strategic roadmap for our next-generation products, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in an increasingly complex digital ecosystem. You will work with world-class engineers, data scientists, and strategists to build the foundational systems that will define our industry for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Human-Machine Interface.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects and engineers to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate visionary concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
