Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and oversee the long-term technological strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and implementation of next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, Web3, and Edge Computing.
- System Scalability: Design robust, scalable architectures capable of supporting high-volume data processing and complex computations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies to drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex system design challenges.
