Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Product and Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Analyze emerging trends in Generative AI, Automation, and Web3 to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate strategic visions into actionable quarterly milestones.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term projects, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership to secure budget and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Technical Leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and their application in enterprise settings.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
