Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of industries, including finance, technology, and healthcare.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Conduct in-depth phone and face-to-face interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and provide exceptional service.
- Manage the entire placement process, from contract negotiation to onboarding support.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy, resilience, and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Charlotte metro area.
