Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry roles including healthcare, IT, and administrative positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and company culture
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve time-to-hire
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and filling hard-to-fill positions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque's job market and local talent landscape
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for occasional client meetings
