- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for various departments.
- Project Support: Assist project managers with research, report preparation, meeting scheduling, and document formatting.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional front-desk support and resolve basic client inquiries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Inventory & Supply: Monitor office supply levels and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up for company events and managing logistics as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible hours (including potential weekends or overtime) as needed.
