- Support the finance team with basic invoicing and expense report processing.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and shared workspaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
