Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct market research and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across Illinois to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Candidate Management: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future job orders.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview process and coordinate the final hiring steps.
- Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) including placements, time-to-fill, and candidate retention rates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruiting software (CRM).
- Attitude: Resilient, professional, and eager to learn the recruitment lifecycle.
