Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for our diverse client base.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand specific client needs and job requirements.
- Update candidate and client data accurately in our CRM system.
