Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding support.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.
- Track key recruitment metrics and update CRM systems regularly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for learning and professional development.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
