Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants for our diverse client base.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and provide tailored candidate matches.
- Update and maintain candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
