Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across diverse industries
- Conduct detailed phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS and maintain accurate documentation
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to expand talent reach
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of recruitment or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS systems
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
