Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and recruitment of candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Perform initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for open requisitions.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate data.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and refine recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn recruitment software (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of your results.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
