Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of potential candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Perform initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future client openings.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including resume collection, background checks, and orientation scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and market trends.
- Manage candidate data accurately and efficiently within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating software applications.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow within a performance-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
