Responsibilities
- Screen Resumes: Review incoming applications and identify top talent for our client base.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate logistics between candidates and clients to ensure smooth interview processes.
- Market Research: Research industry trends to identify new recruitment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and attitude over past history.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new software quickly.
- Soft Skills: High level of professionalism, reliability, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
