Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS platforms and social media channels
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting to job boards
- Track recruitment metrics and generate weekly performance reports
- Support team in onboarding new hires and contract placements
- Attend industry networking events to expand our talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
