Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Houston
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate skills/qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Assist with job postings, marketing campaigns, and employer branding
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years experience in recruitment, customer service, or administrative roles
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS platforms
