Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for role alignment
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS system with meticulous attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Facilitate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless transition to client companies
- Contribute to team goals by meeting weekly/monthly placement targets
- Participate in continuous training to stay current with recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
