Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles using modern sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, GitHub talent mining, and niche community outreach
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of pre-vetted software engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers
- Conduct advanced technical assessments and behavioral interviews aligned with client-specific tech stacks
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define hiring requirements and develop competitive compensation packages
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality scores
- Develop strategic partnerships with Bay Area tech meetups, conferences, and coding bootcamps
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing engineering roles in San Francisco/Silicon Valley
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions across Python, Java, React, AWS, and emerging technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated through recruitment funnel optimization and data-driven decision making
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CTS, or TAAP) preferred
- Portfolio of successful placements with references required
