Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and job seekers
- Update and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and reference checks
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Support marketing initiatives for job fairs and recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
