Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS system
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Support client onboarding and contract administration processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and client needs
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill diverse industry assignments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, customer service, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
