Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and job seekers
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and reference checks
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Generate weekly recruitment activity reports
Qualifications
