Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client positions across tech, creative, and administrative sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system, maintaining accurate records and communication logs
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless experiences
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires and contract placements

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn recruitment software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
