Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation processes
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct job fairs and recruitment events throughout Wichita
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines
