Responsibilities

- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Conduct market research to identify industry talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Support recruitment events and job fairs in the Phoenix metro area
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
