Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using our proprietary ATS and job boards
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment databases
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers and industry professionals
- Assist with job posting optimization for maximum candidate reach
- Support team with administrative tasks and reporting metrics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
