Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring partners across diverse industries
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to develop industry expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
