Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards and social media platforms
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates via phone/email
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Support client relationship management through regular communication
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and skills evaluations
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on strategic hiring campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of social media recruitment techniques
