Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Albuquerque
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with role requirements
- Manage candidate communication pipelines via phone, email, and ATS platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers and hiring managers
- Assist with job postings, social media recruitment campaigns, and networking events
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly progress reports to senior recruiters
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales roles
