Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and our ATS system
- Manage applicant databases and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with crafting compelling job postings and employer branding materials
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly progress reports
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
