Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screens and virtual interviews
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers
- Source talent using job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Assist with job posting optimization and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
