Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing and screening using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide market feedback.
- Assist in organizing and hosting recruitment events and networking mixers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or ATS software.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A drive to succeed, learn new skills, and contribute to a winning team culture.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
