Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates via phone/email
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with candidate data and application statuses
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting openings to multiple platforms
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments using defined evaluation criteria
- Support client relationship management through regular communication and status updates
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment workflows and strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer service role (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
