Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates to determine their fit for open positions.
- Manage a pipeline of active job seekers and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to succeed.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
