Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates for diverse client positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent using social media and networking.
- Coordinate interview schedules, send correspondence, and provide feedback to both candidates and clients.
- Assist in the full lifecycle recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to team sales and placement goals.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills by engaging with clients and candidates daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and recruitment methodologies.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
