Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify and engage qualified talent for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Client Management: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide top recommendations.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to advise candidates on salary expectations and market conditions.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelorâs degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience requiredâwe provide full training!
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and navigating the web.
