Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and build relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of placement, including onboarding and follow-up support.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and labor market conditions in Georgia.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters to fill high-volume requisitions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we value attitude and drive over specific background.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to work in Atlanta, GA.
