Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to identify and engage passive job seekers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into new roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to expand our client base.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- A 'hunter' mentality with a drive to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
