Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, networking, job boards) to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the interview and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and expand our network within the Miami area.
- Follow-Through: Consistently follow up on leads and referrals to convert them into successful placements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required—we train our own. A strong desire to learn and succeed is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable navigating social media platforms and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
