Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, networking).
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Market job openings to passive candidates and cold outreach.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
