Responsibilities

  • Conduct Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Source and Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms, networking events, and job boards to proactively identify and engage potential talent.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ATS software is preferred.
  • Attitude: Demonstrated enthusiasm, drive, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales/recruiting environment.
  • Professionalism: Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
