As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment lifecycle. You will work directly with hiring managers to understand their needs, source top-tier candidates, and guide them through the interview process. Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Source and Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms, networking events, and job boards to proactively identify and engage potential talent.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market data to candidates and clients.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into their new roles.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ATS software is preferred.
- Attitude: Demonstrated enthusiasm, drive, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales/recruiting environment.
- Professionalism: Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for networking events.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
