Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Nurture relationships with clients to ensure a steady flow of job orders.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and activity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
