Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media and networking, to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends in the Wichita area to stay competitive and inform recruitment strategies.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently using our CRM software.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the orientation process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Motivation: Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
