Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Placement Management: Facilitate the hiring process, including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and salary benchmarking.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary data to ensure competitive placement strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in sales or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve personal and team sales/recruiting targets.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours and occasional evenings for networking events.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
